Yoghurt Smoothie Bowl

My everyday dinner because it takes less than 5 minutes to whip up a smoothie bowl, and it feels like having dessert for dinner but it's a full meal <3
This recipe is for one smoothie bowl
Ingredients
Smoothie
Rolled oats - 1 small cup
Yoghurt - 100 ml
Protein powder - 2 heaped tbsp
Dates - 3 to 4
Dry fruits
Banana - 1 medium sized
Dragon fruit/strawberry/blueberry (optional)
Toppings (optional)
Fruits of your choice
Seeds - chia/sunflower/ flax
Dry fruits
Recipe
In a mixer grinder container, add all the smoothie ingredients mentioned above along with 2-3 tbsp of water
Mix it together for a minute or two and add more water based on the consistency you prefer
Top it off with your favourite fruits/seeds/dry fruits
